While writing a term paper on glaciers this semester I had a serious case of nostalgia. Back in 2011 I had the amazing opportunity to go to Alaska on a National Geographic/Lindblad cruise with a friends family. (Don't asks me how I'm still to this day trying to figure out why they took me). It was beyond magical, I'll never forget the glaciers I saw, nor the Bears we encountered. And since I got into to college studying Geography I've only become more interested with them.  I could go on for hours taking about glaciers but I do have a term paper to get back to. This post just includes two of my favorite photos of glacial ice from the trip. This was back in the day when I only had a little point and shot camera.
